Texas foreclosure is something that you are going to have to look at as individual quadrants. This is a big state with many big cities and rural areas. This means that the foreclosure market is going to be very diverse as well as spread out.
If you are looking at the state of Texas as a whole and trying to attack the foreclosure market yourself, you had better have a very spread out team or a jet. This market tends to move quickly as the banks want to liquidate their holdings. It will not be easy to play their major markets at once.
The best bet that one would have is to target one of the large cities or areas that they are most interested in. Do an analysis of the foreclosure market as well as the trends in property value. If one city is growing and one has dropping prices, you are not going to necessarily want to hop into the diminishing city. This is unless you see the properties being sold for well under market value and you are willing to sit on it for a moment or flip it as soon as possible.

Be smart when you are dealing with Texas foreclosure. This is a huge state and foreclosure is a tricky business. Do not spread yourself too thin. There is a lot of opportunity in this state; you just have to be specialized in that given area.
