Property foreclosure refers to the repossession of a piece of real estate by the bank, VA or government. There are many reasons that a property can be seized but the vast majority is due to nonpayment. Finances rule the real estate market top to bottom.
There are different reasons why people want to enter the property foreclosure market. The majority of the properties that are bought are by professionals in the industry. They know what will resell and for what. If they see a potential profit on a property, they will bid to the ceiling that they have set for themselves.
The other main reason is to buy a property at a very low price. Buying below market value seems like it is a good idea for any purchase. This is risky to many levels because there are many aspects of buying a foreclosure that the general public does not know. This could make the move ill advisable.

If you learn the game of foreclosures, you can make a killing or save a bundle. It is when people try to jump into the market without doing ample research. It is not child's play but it is a very realistic achievement.
