Whenever you have a market this hot, you are going to have multiple people who bite off more than they can chew. This means that they are going to be buying houses that they cannot afford. It makes Arizona have one of the best foreclosure markets for homes that are less than five years old.

When you compare this foreclosure market to more traditional markets, you will notice how new these homes are; relatively speaking or not.
